Services

What types of services do you offer?

We offer a comprehensive range of mental health services, including general psychiatry, medication management, individual, couples and family therapy, group therapy, TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation), and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).

What conditions do you treat?

We work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and other mood and trauma-related conditions. If you’re not sure whether we can help, we encourage you to reach out for a consultation.

What is TMS therapy, and who is it for?

TMS is a non-invasive treatment that uses magnetic stimulation to activate areas of the brain associated with mood regulation. It’s FDA-approved for depression and other conditions and is often used when medications haven’t worked.

Do you offer in-person or virtual therapy?

We offer both. You can choose to attend sessions in person at any of our locations or meet virtually through secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions.

Are services available in Spanish?

Yes! Several members of our team are fluent in Spanish and provide care in Spanish.

Getting Started

How do I book an appointment?

Simply call us at (number) or fill out the contact form. Our team will follow up to confirm your insurance, preferences, and schedule your initial appointment.

What happens during the first appointment?

Your first appointment is an assessment and evaluation. You’ll meet with one of our licensed providers to review your history, current concerns, and treatment goals. This initial evaluation helps us develop a personalized care plan tailored to your needs, which may include therapy, medication management, or a combination of services.

Do I need an appointment for admission? Do you accept walk-in appointments?

While we do accept walk-in appointments, we highly recommend scheduling a free consultation in advance to ensure timely service and minimize any potential wait times.

Billing & Fees

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we accept all major commercial insurance plans. Our team will verify your benefits before your first appointment to help you understand your coverage.

Will I have to pay a copay or deductible?

Most insurance plans require a copay or deductible, which you’ll be responsible for at the time of service. We will inform you of any expected costs after verifying your insurance benefits.

What if my insurance does not cover certain services?

If a service isn’t covered by your insurance, you can choose to pay out-of-pocket. We can also provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Do you offer payment plans or financial assistance?

We may offer payment plans or sliding scale fees for clients who qualify. Please contact our intake department to discuss options.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as checks and cash payments. We also accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards for eligible services.

Can I get an estimate of my costs before starting treatment?

Yes! We will verify your insurance benefits and provide an estimate of your out-of-pocket costs before your first appointment.
